Instructions to create and use Windows PE on USB

1. Prepare a USB stick to receive Win PE
   a. Create a single, empty, FAT32 partition (formatted)
   b. Mount that partition
   c. Change directory to the newly mounted file system
   d. Create files with "tar Jxvf <path_to_WinPE.tar.xz>"
   e. (optional) copy any desired EXE files to root directory.

2. Boot the USB stick.

3. At command prompt, enter "C:" to change to the directory with
   EXE files such as WinFlash_1.02.00.exe.

4. Enter name of file to be executed.
